Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the RAE Association (Vic) Inc. will be conducted on 11th April 2024 with full details contained in the attached documents below.
Could I encourage you to take a few minutes to read these documents and assist the Association, if possible, by attending the meeting or at least by providing your proxy vote?
An AGM is a crucial meeting for any organisation as it allows the Association to provide an overview of the year, financial position, and vision for the future. It also allows the members to voice their opinions, concerns and help shape and develop the future of the Association.
This is your Association which has been established for the benefit of all sappers but without your input we are oblivious to your concerns and expectations or if we are managing your Association correctly.
Everyone is encouraged to attend the AGM whether a member of the RAE Association or not but to have an influence in the voting you must be a financial member to 31st December 2024.
In terms of the Association’s Constitution all committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. We are actively seeking nominations from any member with aspirations of helping develop and guide the future of the Association.
